Flotation is the separation of suspended solids from a liquid. The finest air bubbles that are produced attach themselves to the
solids and carry them to the water surface. Because of its high separation efficiency and extensive concentration, the flotation
process has many advantages over sedimentation.
Working principle of flotation machine:
The impellers are driven through V-belt transmission, which brings centrifugal effect to form the negative pressure. On the one
hand, the flotation machine inhales sufficient air to mix with ore slurry; on the other hand it stirs ore slurry and mix with medication
to form the mineralized froth. To adjust the height of flashboard to control the liquid level and make the useful froth scraped by
loam board.
The ore will be ground in grinding or after grinding of pharmaceutical water and the need to tune into a stirred tank by the pulp
after the pulp into the mixing tank to start the pulp into the air, to the formation of a large number of bubbles, some can not easily

Usage of flotation machine:
To check the bolts before starting the machine and to use hand instead of impellers to prevent the sediment from adding the
burden of electromotor. To adjust the height of strobe carefully to keep the stabilization of liquid level and scrape the mineralized
froth to the launder. The impellers and stators should have a distance and should be changed when they are worn. The bearing
in the pump should be maintained every three months.
