Hydraulic Press Brake Machine

1. Features:

1) All-steel welded construction, vibration stress relief, rectangle bottom blade of hydraulic shearing machine.

Hydraulic transmission will not be changed by variation of the thickness of metal sheet during working. In addition, it is of smooth and easy operation, low noise, safe and reliable.

2) The fuel tank is equipped with a mechanical block, to ensure the repetitive positioning accuracy of the slider to the bottom dead center, in order to ensure consistency of bending angle during mass production.

3) Overall framework is sandblasted and sprayed with anti-rust paint.

2. The slider

1) This machine is controlled by a combination of hydraulic and electric. Slide stroke can be adjusted at will, and has norms such as jog, semi-automatic and automatic. Adopting Jog norms, we can easily testing the mould and make any adjustment.

2) Torsion shaft makes two oil cylinders working simultaneously, so operating in balance, convenient and secure.

3) At the bottom dead center, pressure maintaining and time delay ensures the workpiece of bending resilience, thus ensuring the accuracy of bending.

4) Accuracy of bending angle is according to JB/T22572-1999 China national standards.

5) Slow fall control function for better control the workpiece.

3. The relevant equipments.

1) The hydraulic system can achieve the slider rapid decline, slow decline, working speed bending, quick return-stroke and emergency stop during the movement of upward and downward, etc.

2) The axial plunger pump can be withstood high pressure, and low noise.

3) Sealing ring adopts imported NOK oil seal. Good sealing performance, reliable, and long life.

4) The rear stopper is adjusted by a servo motor, through a gear reducer, transmitted by the ball screw imported from Taiwan, adopting linear guide of HIWIN imported from Taiwan.

5) Germany EMB joints, Germany HEIDENHAIN grating scale are optional. Schneider, Siemens, Omron, and other electrical components are adopted.

6) Molds adopt 42CrMo, which is of high strength, high tenacity and good wear resistance, can greatly extend life of molds.
