Product Description
Product Purpose:
Used for manufacturing injected polyurethane elastomer products, such as polyurethane bars used for metal stamping molds, various heavy load wheel seals used for the metallurgy, printing and dying, textile and paper making industries, and highly wear resisting materials used for the sliding wheels of sliding carriages and carts.
Product Characteristics:
1. Electric heating the material pot, filter metering pump using hot air heating system, feed tube and casting head adopts imported heating filament to ensure temperature stability, easy maintenance;
2, single / double color plus paste casting head, vacuum system performance, reliable sealing. Patented mixing head, high speed mixing will not appear bubbles, it can save the low materials.
