Inflatable Obstacle Course
- Our factory use the best sewing machines ordered to handle nylon thread we double stitch the entire unit with the best 18 ounce heavy duty vinyl.
- We double stitching everywhere , with four fold stitching at bottom stress point, especially on the high pressure joint point corner. We will use 6 fold strap stitching for strong reinforcement.
- We marke strong zipper at bottom of each inflatable obstacle course. Zippers can help you deflate the inflatable more quickly. There is a zipper cover , which is help to disperse the zipper's stress.
- For the pipe connect with blower, we specially design one flap on the inside end of the pipe. It will falp up when blower on, and will flap down when power failure suddenly and the blower off. It can prevent the air outflow, and protect the children inside.
