Product Description
TCI(Tungsten Carbide Insert). These tricones are designed for soft to very hard formations depending on the style and quantity of the carbides on the drill bit. Because of its versatility and performance, it's still one of the main Rock Bits in use today. It is widely used for oil&gas, water well, geotechnical, environmental, geothermal, construction, exploration and mining drilling.

Precision bearings made with the tightest tolerances in the industry! The bearing materials used have extremely low friction and high load capacity. Chemically heat resistant, heat tolerant HNBR materials for bearing seal and pressure compensator. This material is very compatible with oil based muds air cooled and open bearings are also available.
>REMING GAUGE:
Put more active cutting elements on gauge than anyone in the industry. Perfect for directional applications. Its gauge holding ability is superior for maintaining gage on lateral or extreme build angles. We can offer diamond in this feature for the most abrasive applications. Bearing and seal life are extended by keeping the cone from rubbing the hole-wall and generating additional heat.
