Application: 

DW5360 Rubber Plasticity and Viscosity Tester is used for rapid determination of the plasticity of raw rubber and unvulcanized compounded rubber, and determination of plasticity retention index (PRI) of raw natural rubber. It consists of main machine, ageing chamber, specimen cutter and thickness gauge.
Plasticity Test: A specimen is compressed between two platens which are maintained at a temperature of  140°C for 30mins. Separately determine the plasticity value of unaged 

specimen (P0) and aged specimen (P30), then calculate to acquire PRI value. 

PRI= P30/P0*100
