Standard package includes: a) One power rotator Model FUR WR with control box and 12.00 meters length remote control for adjusting of rotating speed, stop, forward, and reverse. Digital speed indicator set for mm/min is included, b) Three idler rotator Model FUR IR, c) Operation manual, d) One year guaranty.
Optional: a) Foot control pedal for control forward, stop and reverse rotation; b) Extra idler rotators Model FUR IR-IB may be required depending of work piece length; c) Rail tracks

a) Custom built fit up rolls available. Required information: i) Tank weight, ii) Vessel diameter range (min- max)
b) Vertical adjustment of work piece: Both wheels of the same rotator has hydraulic lifting device which allows the wheels to move synchronized (right/left or left/right). While the wheel moves horizontally the work piece is lifted/lowered vertically
c) Horizontal adjustment of work piece: Two rotators have a hydraulic device which allows each wheel to move independently (right/left or left/right) for horizontal adjustment
d) Fit up detailed sequence: Available under customer request
e) Inside and outside circumferential seam welding: By means of a Welding Manipulator WM Series with SAW head
