Description:
- advanced automatic cycle diluted oil lubrication system:
With CNC, It automatically fills oil for 5 seconds per 100 times of punch, to ensure that all moving parts works in grease always, then for the most part prevent abrasion, reduction noise, and improvement machining accuracy. The special designed oil pool with circulating oil and filtrate system guarantee every drop of oil is fully recycled.

In order to bring machine function in to full play, NC devices are fitted with control technology drawn from years of study, working on the user interface to achieve NC program input and editing with high efficiency.
- Tooling:
The thick turret makes die neutral better, guidance accuracy higher, load-deflection resistance stronger, and life longer. The location of rotary cone pin is characterized of high-accuracy, fast die selection, leading to the accuracy of bed and high efficiency. Lateral heterogeneity register can also effectively prevent turret from distortion because of end face location. With classification criteria, different sizes dies can be justly distributed, saving die and reducing use cost.
