Product Description

This fabric is blended with 88% cotton fiber and 12% nylon fiber and feature excellent abrasion resistance, better strength, softer hand feeling etc.. FR clothing made of such fabric offers 50+ extended garment wear life and enhanced protection from electric arc, flash fire, and molten ferrous metal. The flame retardant finishing we choose is durable and finished, which is specially used in cotton fiber and blend fabrics. Processed with this flame retardant, there will be a permanent crosslinking in the fabric. The fabric is permanent flame retardant, durable against normal washing, breathable and comfortable to wear, non-toxic and safe to human body. This fabric can not only prevent flame from spreading, but also keep its original performance.

 

Based on flame retardant, this fabric also has permanent antistatic performance because weave conductive carbon fibers along the weft and warp. The two functions won't influence each other and each can comply with separate protective function and standards. The flame retardant property can reach the standards of EN11612 (original EN531), EN11611 (original EN470-1) and EN533 of the EU, NFPA2112 and ASTM of theUSA. And its anti-static performance can meet the standard of EN1149, related test reports are available.
