Teaching Module

Class Model 

Display the thumbnails and status of the students' devices. 

Check the name, IP address and seat number of the student. 

Check the computer name, IP address, MAC address, audio device, processes, CPU usage, and group icon. 

Display the group information, and the teacher can save the group information for next time. 

Support sorting the thumbnails of students by computer name, student name, IP address or column (row) number, and resetting thumbnails of students in group view. 

Support creating a class model by ruler to mark the seat number, set seats and verify seating in monitor view. 

Screen Broadcast 

Broadcast the teacher's screen to one or more students. 

Broadcast the voice from the microphone and the computer of the teacher. 

The teacher can invite one or more students to speak while broadcasting. 

The teacher can talk to one or more students when broadcasting. 

The teacher can monitor the voice of one or more students while broadcasting. 

The teacher can conduct a test, quick response or competition when broadcasting. 

Support screen broadcast toolbar, and the each other can change the size and position of the toolbar and the toolbar can hide automatically. 

The teacher can use "Screen Pen" to mark the important part on the screen. 

The teacher can pause or resume screen broadcast. 

The teacher can broadcast the image from the amera and external devices while broadcasting. 

Support adjustment of screen properties. 

Support the switch between window display and full screen. 

Support three screen display modes: Automatic focus, pan and zoom. 

The teacher can record the image of screen, camera and EZ-C M of the teacher's side while broadcasting. 

Sign-in 

Import a student list and launch a sign-in dialogue. 

The teacher can set a time, and the students sign in after the set time will be considered late. 

Edit students' information during the sign-in operation. 

Verify the passwords of students during the sign-in operation. 

When the student ID doesn't exist, this software will add this new ID and automatically and log in. 

Support saving login records. 

Export the sign-in information in the format of text or excel. 

Report attendance by comparing the sign-in list

Teacher Recording 

The teacher can record local voice, and save the recording file in MP3 format. 

The teacher can check the recording files. 

Record all the voices, including voice from the microphone, voice from the computer and students' voices. 

Quiz 

Conduct a quiz to one or more students. 

Support different question types. 

The teacher can pause, suspend and resume the quiz. 

Students can continue with the quiz after reconnection. 

The teacher can broadcast audio or video files during quiz and set timing to play. 

The teacher can set quiz time, quiz zoom scale and A/B paper option. 

Display student list, remaining time and students' status during quiz. 

Support media play, and teacher can set the

Playing time for automatic media play. 

Collect the quiz paper automatically when quiz ends, and the teacher can collect the quiz paper ahead of time.
