Heating Pat Thermal Overload Protector KSD9700 is a bi-metal temperature sensing thermostat. The bimetal is in free state, the contact is in closed or disconnection state. When the temperature rises to action temperature, the bimetallic element to heat stress and rapidly generate action open / close contact, off / on the circuit, and thus play a role in thermal protection. When it getting down to the preset temperature, the contact can open / close automatically, then it will return to normal working condition.
