Flue gas desulfurization system basing on space science and technology, wind tunnel design and aerodynamic vortex motion theory and bubble theory and engineering practice home and abroad, we have developed a variety of advanced desulfurization technologies in succession. At present, we have our own intellectual property right in the following two types of desulfurization technologies: wet process (CYA-SY rotary water bath desulfurization process and CYA-NL spray process) and CFB semi-dry process.
Feature
Before coming into the tower, flue gas gets cooled, producing physical and chemical reaction with slurry in the desulfurization tower, which removes the SO2 and dust in the gas. Rotary water bath type gas-liquid contact doesn’t have speed limitation of critical mass and critical chemical reaction. The multi-level gas-liquid contact, large contact area (generally scores of times over that in spray process) and high transfer rate ensure the high efficiency of desulphurization and dust removal.

Domestic and international cooperation projects
The project is a 2*300 sintering machine flue gas desulfurization project, owned by Handan Iron and Steel Group Co., Ltd. The System uses limestone as desulphurization agent, with a desulfurizing efficiency of ≥ 95%. It was put into use in 2010. From design to completion, the project took only five to six months and won the praise of users because of high efficiency and high quality. It is in operation now, with annual operation duration of over 350 days.
