⑴ The second sealing type between mandrel hanger and variant flange uses O-shaped ring sealing, greasing BT sealing and metal to metal sealing.
⑵ The sealing type between mandrel hanger and tubing head uses metal to metal sealing, special synthetic rubber sealing, and metal to metal sealing plus special synthetic rubber sealing.
⑶ The tubing hanger`s hole uses vertical pattern, and the lower end is of 45° cone.These structure make the product better carring capacity.
⑷ Greasing valve port and seal testing port are set.
⑸ On the lower flange of casting head there is producing casting`s second seal device. This device uses O-shaped ring sealing, greasing BT sealing and metal sealing.
⑹ The cable can directly crosses the tubing hanger and variant flange on tubing head. There can be set a safty valve to control wires joints, exhausting wires joints, and chemicals injection wires joints. This safty valve can be plugged if not in use.
⑺ Both side of mandrel hanger can be added with tubing joint and gas seal joint. At the middle of mandrel hanger, back pressure valve thread can be set as demanded.
⑻ The upper flange has fixing screws.
⑼ The side outlet joint uses silk-flange type, with VR thread set. The valve replacement would be quite easy.
