The power end: The housing is of welded steel-plate construction.Its internal stress is eliminated after welding. The drive gears are involute type gears which allow smooth operation, high efficiency and long life. The crankshaft is a hollow one-piece steel casting.The power end is of splash lubrication.
The fluid end: The suction and the discharge flanges conform to ASA and API specification.
The piston rod is connected to an intermediate rod by means of clamps to realize quick assembly& disassembly.
The valve seat bores have a bottom shoulder to prevent valve seat falling. The pistons and liners are cooled and lubricated by an independent spraying pump to have a longer service life.
Quick-wear parts` versatility is expandable.
