JUICE NOT FREEZING:

Make sure there is good ventilation all around machine

Juice is warm when putting into bowls, will take longer to freeze

FROZEN BLOCK OF SLUSH IN BOWL

Make sure both frozen and liquid switches are not on at same time

Auger must always be moving to keep from freezing into block

IF IS A BLOCK OF ICE, you must turn off the auger and put on night mode until block of ice is completely

melted.

Turning on auger with a block of ice will burn out the motor.
