This diameter is just Ø24mm which is best for lamp led light .For different height , we make the power only 3w and 4w .
We made this for two types , one has pillar , another without it.

Cold Forging Technology :
Cold forging ------- The pressure—shaping processes used to work billets , usually accomplished without heating (at room temperature)the stock . In cold forging metal is formed at high speed and high pressure into tool steel or carbide dies . The production processes are divided into operations and transfers on specialized dies . Hardening occurs during the processes (that is , there is an increase in the strength of the metal and decrease in ductility ) , which makes the metal difficult to deform in subsequent operations .
