Brief Introduction of the Machine  

     The FTA-50T/D maize milling production line invites totally dry method to process corn 

in the whole production line. This line is designed  as automatically including raw material  

intake, precleaning,  elevating, separating, destoning, peeling, degerming, de-dusting, mill

ing, grading and bagging parts. In order to save floor space and reduce power consumption, 

we build it bilevel with steel structure which is more compact and  artistic. It can produce corn

grits, corn flour and corn bran/animal feed. That is, taking corn as input material, you can get

grits, flour and animal feed from this production line with the capacity of 50 tons per 24 hours. 

The Overall Image of the Maize Milling Machine

 According to the overall image above, there are some main parts such as Double Sifting,    

               Peeling Machine, Bucket Elevertor and the Roller Mill. This complete set can be used widely 

               ranging from food products factory, alcohol plant, brewhouse and corn sugar mill  for raw

               materials' reprocessing.
