1. FeSiMg alloy Using the advanced smelting craft production the nodulizer product, the organization is compact, the ingredient is stable.

2. Ferro Silicon Magnesium alloy is one of the most important inputs in the manufacturing process of spheroidal graphite iron and find usage in low carbon grades of steel due to their low carbon content.

3. Ferro Silicon Magnesium alloys can improve the purity level of casting water, generating low melting compounds which do not melt in the iron with Arsenic, zinc, lead that impurities of low melting point.

Cored Wire--- technical specifications:

Cored wire is made by wrapping alloy powder in steel belt.According to the different alloy powders ,it includes CaSi cored wire,CaFe cored wire,FeSi cored wire,Ca metal cored wire etc.

(1) Wire diameter: 13-13.5mm.

(2) Thickness of the steel: 0.4mm±0.2mm.

(3) Powder contain: 225g/m ±10g/m.

(4) Ratio powder/steel: 60/40.

(5) Wire length: 5000-5500m.

(6) Coil weight: 1000-1800kgs.

(7) Coil width: 600-800mm
