	Felxo-Printing Food grade ink. Ink for double PE paper is more higly-required: Dry faster, harder to fade, higher adsorption capacity. Design plate (1~6 color ) human-interactive programs to insure high quality of prin ted performance. Paper is printed one roll by one roll.
	Auto die-cutting Roll printing paper will be cup fans sheet Then the wastage will be cleared by human hands . Wastage is around 11%~13% (depends on the cup fans size) Quantity of cup fans by one ton material paper can be worked out when exact cup fans size drawing provided.

A: Depends on the cup fans size and the paper weight you will use ,

for example, one ton material paper can make about 500000pcs of 3oz cup in 160+15pe . send us your cup fans drawing , feedback you the quantity of cup fans can be made

Q: How many tons of cup bottom are needed to match one ton cutting & printed paper?

A: Usually, the ratio is about 1: 0.2 (means 1ton paper cup fans need about 0.2tons bottom paper). Different cup size, different gram, the ratio may different .

Q: Can you produce the cutting & printed PE coated paper cup fans?

A: We can provide both flexo and offset priting, your requirements can be fullfilled.
