Description:
This watch is designed with front-loaded construction and we have the patent for this. The dial is put into the case from the front side and then the lens is sealed on the case by ultra sonic. The bezel is glued on the case adhesively. This construction can prevent the water from entering into the case. Other parts (such as dial, hands, movement, movement holder, CBA, battery, positive & negative spring contact and so on) are put into the case from the backside. We have put o-ring before assembling case back, which can keep the water outside when washing, swimming even diving. The watches are passed with 10ATM water resistant tested by the Switzerland Machines.
We use lithium battery CR2032 for this watch and the battery life is about 4.5 years after shipment. The battery life is calculated based on alarms rings for 5 seconds & EL light is on 8 seconds everyday. Also these watches passed a series of tests (1 meter falling test, rubbing test, strap clasping test, running test, water resistant test and so on).
