Description:
1. single screw or twin technique for option depending on the requirement.
2. 100% recycled flakes can be used for production
3. ±1 temperature control make the plasticizing process and sheet thickness control more accurate; 4. Coat hanger T-type die with two throttle design enable to regulate the sheet thickness accurately;
5. Co-extrusion can be chosen, TET or TPTG etc.
6. The melt dosing pump ensures continuous and stable production
7.Separate roller temperature control system to control the temperature of pressing roller to gain even sheet thickness
8. Winder with big torque motor, and its speed and tension force adjustable
9. Silicon oil, anti-static devices for option
10. Flush type PLC automatic control for the whole line
