Introduction:
GD-0609 PAVELAB RTFOT Asphalt Oven is designed and made as per T0609-1993 Asphalt Thin Film Heating Test in the Industry Standard JTJ052-2000 Specification and Test Methods of Bitumen and Bituminous Mixture for Highway Engineering.
GD-0609 PAVELAB RTFOT Asphalt Ove is suitable to determine mass loss of petroleum asphalt thin film after been heated.
GD-0609 PAVELAB RTFOT Asphalt Oven can also be used to determine changes of penetration, softening point and breaking point and ductility of asphalt residues after the asphalt thin film has been heated to evaluate anti-aging performance of asphalt.
The outer shell is made of sheet steel. It equips a stainless steel working chamber on the top half. There is a observation window in the center. An illuminating lamp is equipped inside the chamber. Easy to observe the reading of thermometer inside the chamber during the test.
Heating device is equipped on the bottom of chamber. It adopts natural convection method to heat the air. The chamber can be heated uniformly by air channel on the top, bottom and back.
There are four turn plates for placing the specimen container on in the center of chamber. It can be rotated by a motor having a rate at 5.5RPM.
Intelligent temperature controller ensures the temperature being at 163℃±0.5℃ as per standard test method.
