Summary

The instrument is designed and made as per the national standard of People's Republic of China GB/T264 Test Method for Acid Number of Petroleum Products and GB/T258 Test Method for Acidity of Gasoline, Kerosene and Diesel Oil. It is suitable to determine acidity of gasoline, kerosene and diesel oil without any ethyl liquids, and the acid number of petroleum products. The test method uses ethanol to extract acid component in the sample and then titrates it using alkali solution. 

  The instrument is also suitable to determine acid number of transformer oil and turbine oil as per the National Standard of People's Republic of China GB/T7599 Test Method for Acid Number of Transformer Oil, Turbine Oil in Service.
