PM Press-paper PET Film Flexible Laminate

Description:

PM Press-paper PET Film Flexible Laminate (e.g. ISOSPAN ? PM, TRIVOLTON? HP) is a two-ply combined insulating material of thermal class B, consisting of insulation paper (e.g. MIKI Paper) and polyester film. The used adhesive is acid free and thermal resistance.

PM has excellent electrical and mechanical properties. It has a smooth surface which allows a trouble free manufacture of low voltage motors where coil inserting machines are used.

Application:

PM is mainly used as a slot liner, slot closure, phase and turn-to-turn insulation in low voltage motors. It is also used as interlayer insulation in transformers and other electrical machines and appliances.

Rolls : max. width 980mm 
Tapes : from 5mm width upwards

Colour: Brown-Yellow or Green

PET film thickness : 25,38,50,75 μm;.

Presspaper thickness: 80, 130,180,250,380 μm .

PMP is a three-ply combined flexible insulation material consisting of brown-yellow insulating paper and polyester film(e.g. mylar). The used adhesive is acid free and thermal resistance.

PMP has excellent electrical and mechanical properties. It has a smooth surface which allows a trouble free manufacture of low voltage motors where coil inserting machines are used.

Application

PMP is mainly used as a slot liner, slot closure, phase and turn-to-turn insulation in low voltage motors. Besides this PMP is used as interlayer insulation in transformers and other electrical machines and appliances.
