Description:
XTB manual gear box involves a ganvaized steel house, two casting cone gears, and a ganvanized steel handle. The two casting cone gears are supported using the galvanized steel house, and has a deduction ratio of 1.8:1.
In addition, the manual gear box has a steel claw to prevent the turning of gears.
In real applicaiton, the manual gear box is fixed to a base (e.g. a steel pole etc.). When a user turns the galvanized steel handle, the manual gear box outputs a toque to the drive shaft of ventilation system.
This manual gear box is strong, and has long life time. Its maintenance is very easy. While running, the sheet bearing makes almost no noise.
