Description:

Alloy slurry pump is divided into single stage, single suction, cantilever, horizontal centrifugal types. Alloy slurry pump adopts the solid-liquid two-phase flow theory which represents the world advanced technological level. According to the minimum loss principle, the geometries of flow passage components correspond to the flowing state of medium, which diminishes the hydraulic loss caused by eddy currents and clashes. Consequently, the flow passage component abrasion, the movement noise and vibration are reduced, while efficiency is improved. The flow passage components are made of highly hard alloy cast iron which is highly corrosion resistant, abrasion resistant and impact resistant. The dynamic depressurization helps avert ore pulps from leaking.

 

Applications:

Alloy slurry pump finds tremendous popularity in mining, metallurgy, electric power, coal, chemical and building material industries. It is mainly used to convey corrosive and abrasive pulps containing solid particles. The maximum concentration of solid-liquid mixture is mortar 45% and ore pulp 60%.
