Working Principle of Xinhai XCIV hydrocyclone

 

Xinhai XCIVhydrocycloneis the common classification equipment. It adopts centrifugal sedimentation. When the two-phase or three-phase mixed with liquor is fed into hydrocyclone through feeding opening, the mixture does three-dimensional and oval and strong rotating and tangent cyclone motion. Considering differences of density between fine and coarse ores, the majority of coarse ores precipitates to bottom in a spiral trajectory by action of centrifugal force, centripetal force, buoyancy and fluid resistance, etc. The fine particles form a cyclone and rise to be discharged by the overflow outlet.
