Ericsson Protector Magazine

Overvoltage protection protects the line cards in the telephone exchange from dangerous overvoltages. It protects 10 pairs for one terminal block .

There are two types of 3-pole overvoltage protection. One is equipped with 10 pieces 3-pole gas arresters. When the line voltage increases, the resistance in the overvoltage arrester drops to a very low level, connecting the voltage to the earth. Once the voltage has dropped to its normal level, the arrester will restore its high resistance, returning the line to operational status .

And another one is equipped with 10 pieces 3-pole gas arresters including fail-safe devices. When the line voltage increases, the resistance in the overvoltage arrester drops to a very low level, connecting the voltage to the earth. Once the arrester has become activated and remains activated, the fail-safe device is activated and ensures that the line is short-circuited and protected. The protection must be changed to restore the line to operational status .

Norminal Voltage offered : 180-(230)-300v ; 290-(350)-600v .

The 10pair LSA magazine can be offerred with arrester or unequiped.Gas Discharge Arrester available for 2pole and 3pole types.Usually with voltage 230v arrester(GDT).Each magazine is completely tested before sending to our clients.This protection magazine is used together with the LSA krone module 10pair and 8pair .Meantime there is a plastic cover to plug into the top for avoid any duct affaction.

The module housing material we mainly offer with imported GE PBT and ABS(UL94V-0).Both material we will use new rall material but not recycling material(first recycling or second recycling).So we can offer good performance modules.You can get very cheap products in the market but they are mainly made of such recycling material PBT or ABS.
