Aluminum Material S-beam Load Cell , Suitable for Force Gauge for 1kg to 50kg
Quick Detail:
Description:
STP is another kind of S-Beam Load Cell, the shape is the same as STC, so it is called S-Beam Load Cell. It is made of Aluminum material, good output symmetry, compact structure, simple to install, because of its internal and external features, it can support compression and tension, and be mainly used for the tensile testing, for example, the testing of force gauge, this is a best choice in tensile testing machine,
It has full range of capacities (the minimum capacity is 1kg, the maximum is 50kg), so it is available for small weighing device, not like STC, due to the Aluminum material, it has many limiting conditions on environment, so it is applied for dry and no corrosion environment.
This production process is the same as Alloy Steel material, from washing materials, patching the chips, curing under pressure, welding the load cells, making lines, filling the zero balance, measuring the creep and rated output, each step can be carefully measured, otherwise, it will impact its precision. But throughout the install, in order to ensure the product durable, please don’t overload, the safe overload is 150, this is relative to its Rated Output, its ultimate overload is 200, you must remember this point.
Applications:
Be used for the testing of compression and tension, force gauge and so on.
