TKLED Bulb processing
- We purchase the raw materials of the led bulb from foreign well-known brand suppliers, especially for the led beads.
- Finished led light bulb must be made 1000 times on-off test firstly, then go on aging test for 48 hours. Through these two steps strict test, ensure all the led light bulb meet the quality standard.
- Regarding to the usage environment of the led light bulb, which affect the dissipation and lifespan of the led light bulb. The led light bulb must be tested under a series of bad condition, including the highest temperature 150°C and the lowest temperature -40°C, make sure the quality is very stable.
- We will provide the customer a legitimate usage manual for the led light bulbbefore shipment. If necessary, we also can provide technical support.
