Technical features of limestone rotary kiln
limestone rotary kiln has advanced structure-Vertical preheater can effectively enhance preheating degree. Limestone decomposition rate can reach to 20-25% after preheating, and can directly use fine limestone (10-15mm).
It adapt to modular scales sealing device in order that the leakage rate is not more than 10%,it use composite refractory materials to reduce radiated heat.
Round cooler and cube cooler can partite different parts to ventilate the limestone so as to cool the limestone material (700C+environment temperature) and then directly transport and store production. It can preheat secondary air to above 7000 degree for energy-saving.
