Product Description
UVR plants are designed for complete oil purification. By using these units you can regenerate all types of mineral oil such as transformer oil, industrial oil, turbine oil, insulating oil, dark heating oil, light mineral oils, diesel fuel and diesel oil, gas condensate and others.
Installation UVR is universal and can be use for all types of reclamation, regeneration, cleaning, refinery and recycling of oils and fuels without any reconfiguration.
All units of the «Fuel/oil cleaning system UVR» are made from stainless steel in the following implementations: general industrial purpose, containerized, explosion-proof
This environmentally application allows:
• Clean diesel fuel and light mineral oils such as industrial oil, transformer oil, turbine oil, and also gas-condensate, kerosene etc.
• Remove acids, sulfur, mercaptan, aromatic, different additions
• Remove all types of water (free, emulsified, homogenised)
UVR plant can be operated by only one operator
Fully portability is one of the particularities of that equipment.
Unit performance:
refining of diesel oil – 600-700 L/h
cleaning of gas-condensate – 1000 kg/h
purification of gasoline - 1000 kg/h
Productivity of the unit can be always increased in 2-3 times, you only need to buy supplementary blocks which are produced at our plant.
Results of reclamation of all mineral oils are perfect.
Oil passes through the unit only once. There is no double run, and any aluminum silicate.
We can reclaim bad oils to the "brand new" condition and remove aromatics, unsaturated hydrocarbons, hydrogen sulfide and other additives.
After regeneration of oil by «Fuel, oil cleaning UVR 450/16 unit» we obtain higher quality oil than new oil. Acid number, tangent delta in regenerated oil has better parameters compared to the new oil.
We also can offer you to make a reclaiming test of yours example of fuel (oil) to check the possibility of cleaning it. If the oil is contaminated and not suitable for using than filtration can be recommended.
We break the myth that recycled, reclaimed transformer oil (or industrial oil, turbine oil, mineral oil, diesel fuel and other types of mineral oil) is BAD oils, and it actually shows that reclaimed oil can be BETTER then what you are using now!
