The dryers are designed, produced, and tested strictly as per the relevant standards of the Code for design of Natural Gas Dehydration (SY/T0076-08), Steel Pressure Vessel (GB150-1998), and Safety Technical Supervision Code for Pressure Vessel (TSG R0004-2009).
The dryers are special for deep dehydration device of compressed natural gas; they enjoy a good high compressive strength and dewatering effect, with high quality molecular sieve as an adsorbent. What's more, their general service life can be above 12000 h.
The dryers adopt counterflow heating regeneration method that ensures them small gas consumption, environmental protection, and high efficiency.
They are provided with external explosion-proof electric heater that is highly-reliable and easy-of-repair or replacement. Their temperature detection and control device can avoid danger reduced by heater operating without enough water.
They are equipped with heater that enjoys power failure protection when temperature exceeds standard and automatic power supply during temperature drops. In such way, the temperature of the regenerated gas can be controlled within a certain range for the effective regeneration of the molecular sieve.
They are provided with pressure equalizing valve, which fully equalize pressure prior to switchover, and then export even gas without pressure fluctuation, so as to extend the service life of absorbent.
They are equipped with primary filter, oil-removing filter, and dust-removing filter that can remove effectively free water and oil, protecting the absorbent and downstream equipment, as well as keeping the exhausted gas dry and clean.
