CHEERSONIC offer an innovative processing by using ultrasonic cutting machine.
The ultrasonic blade, which is called horn or blade, vibrates at high frequencies of 15-60kHz, and this high-frequency vibration reduces the friction resistance at cutting surface.
Our ultrasonic cutting machine can be installed easily in your current production system. If any trouble happens during ultrasonic operation, the ultrasonic generator sends an error signal to customer's PLC. The system can detect the trouble and stop the system immediately.
