TLS-W series microcomputer control spring tension and compression testing machine

The main functions and features:

 The machine is mainly suitable for the analysis of  various spring strength test, mechanical properties and process ability.

The software packag is in consists of speed control,parameter input, data processing, results observation, record querying, graph display,  diagrams printing, data storage etc.

The test mode is diversified, intercalate the spring test force,you can check the residual altitude or deformation . You can also intercalate the residual altitute or the deformation, check  the test force.

Multi point automatic transmission data in varible speed, and automatically return to the initial position, the whole test process automated.

It is self-recovery when being overloaded,  in order to protect the sensor from being damaged.

It has powerful data processing function and the statistical function, drawing the stiffness curve, calculate the sectional stiffness of spring, it can carry on data statistics,drawing the normal distribution, calculate the process capability index. 

Using the numerical control motor speed control system or the import AC servo motor and precision ball screw transmission system, combine the test systerm with high precision loadsensor, displacement sensor and digital data acquisition card, PC machine, realizes the stable and reliable operation and accurate measurement.
