3.Working principal

Ultrasonic vibrating sieve system consists of ultrasonic power source,electric transducer and syntonic ring.The high frequency oscillation wave which is from the ultrasonic controlling instrument is transferred to high-frequency sine lengthwise oscillation wave. The wave is transferred to the resonant loop to form resonance, and then is transferred to the screen meshes.The materials on the meshes is doing the low-frequency rotating vibrating and at the same time plus the ultrasonic wave vibrating, which can prevent the meshes blocking and also can improve the quantity and quality of screening.
