Mining circular vibration screen

Introduction

1. The vibration screen with circular motion is specially designed for quarry to separate crushed stone material into different sizes, and is also used as a grading machine in coal dressing, ore dressing, construction material, electric and chemical industries.

2. It consists of main frame, screen mesh, rubber spring, electric motor and coupler.

3. We can design and manufacture different types of vibrating screen according to customers' requirements.

Work principle 

Vibrating screen uses vibration exciter as vibrating source, the material is thrown around the screen, at the same time doing forward sports. In order to achieve the screening purpose, material from the feeder evenly enters into the machine's feeding inlet, with multilayer sieves to produce various of products and unqualified products on the screen or under the screen, then discharging from the outlet repectively. It can be used in the automatic production line.

Main Features

♣ Vibrating screen outer side plate bending using block pattern, tube beam and side panels connected with high strength bolts, machine without welding, structural stiffness and strength very good.

♣ The machine utilizes eccentric block as exciting force 

♣ Large separation sizes up to approx. 100 mm

♣  Flexible Coupling

♣ Side plate's material is Q235A or Q245A, thickness can be 8~10 mm.
