Negative Cement based Waterproof Mortar waterproofing redispersible polymer powder

 WPS Waterproofing Mortar is cement based supplied in powder form and formulated from Portland cement, fine quartz sand and active chemicals. The chemicals require the presence of water in the capillaries in order to form sealing crystals.

Scope of application

It’s used for basement, tunnel, mine, building foundation, dam and other cement and concrete structure and specially applied to negative waterproofing.

Treatment of base plane

1. Base plane must be firm, smooth, and free of dust, oil, release agents, batik materials and so on.
2. All the small gaps and hole can be filled which is mixed with powder with a small amount of water.
3. For larger holes and cracks should be repair with repair mortar.
4. Base plane should be pre-wet, and be constructed after no clear water.

Construction technology

Mix 25kg powders with 6.5kg—7kg water; stir completely standing for 5 minutes till even. It will get better effect by mechanical agitation(400—500turn/min).
Brush on the substrate with brush and roller. Brush 2 times or above according to the construction requirement. The thickness of general waterproof is 1.0mm, the underground’s is 1.5—2.0mm.
Brush the second time after the first layer become dry solid slightly.

Attention

Construction should be done from 5 to 40 oC.
Well-mixed sizing agent should be used within 2 hours.
Please adopt the appropriate protective measures when construction, such as gloves, etc.

Storage period
Keep in a cool and dry place, unopened product is valid for 1 year; additive is valid for 6 months.
