TR series is available in the capacities 0.05kg to 50kg, very compact, light, delicate, and easy setup via an instrumented, single load cell can be matched with weighing indicator, converting what you want to, because the load cell itself output is mill volt(MV), it has to need an amplifier switch voltage or current.
