Borui Stationery Co., Ltd located in Quzhou, Zhejiang Province, where situated on the borders between Zhejiang, Fujian and Anhui Provinces. Our company is a new pattern enterprise which was established in 2011 and specialized in the research, production and sale of plastic pencils.
