1. General Description :
ACDU8000 Antenna Control +tracking receiver System is specialized designed for controlling antenna's pointing to satellite , It can manual or automatic control the antenna position pointing to the peak value of the receipt signal from the synchronous communication satellite.
ACDU8000 antenna control system adopts the latest digital processing technology, with the precise antenna pointing, high reliability and maximum flexibility in system configuration. The system has a storage capacity of multiple satellites, practical inclined orbit tracking capability , with input of RS-232,RS422 or RS-485 remote control communication (Ethernet is optional).
ACDU8000 has the lightning protection to ensure stable system and reliable operation. ACDU8000 antenna control system can work well for various antenna control with the antenna of diameter below 10 meter.
The port connecting the ACDU8000 antenna control system and the tracking signal is serial port, any DC voltage of -5~+5V(Including satellite receiver AGC output, MODELDC output etc.
2. Configuration :
1) ACDU8000 antenna control system includes the following parts:
(1)ACDU8000 antenna control unit(ACU)+tracking receiver integrate together
(2) Antenna driver unit(ADU)
(3) A set of cable with maximum 50 meters length (cable with over 50m's length is optional)
(4) A set of ACU AC power international standard cable and D-type plug.
2) ACDU8000 antenna control unit (ACU) is consist of the following parts:
The central processing board(Including coding, A/D conversion, etc.), three-axis, DC power, Plasma display, keyboard and Chassis, tracking receiver , etc.
3) ACDU8000 antenna driver(ADU) is consist of the following parts:
* bidirectional limit switch.
* logical Drive control panel
*Air switch
*Emergency stop
*Az variable-frequency inverter
*El variable-frequency inverter
*24V DC power
*lighting protection
*Polarization control circuit (three axis/four axis system, optional)
*Antenna position sensor brushless single, (two-speed resolver, photoelectrical encoder as option)
Position sensor can be single speed, two speed, and two speed can be selected as required from 1:16 to
1:128. Photoelectric Encoder can be selected from 14 bit to 20 bit. All these can be selected according to
control requirements/user needs.

ACDU8000E antenna control unit(ACU+ Tracking receiver) allows users to store up to 99 synchronous satellite position,
