Equipment Introduction

 

  • Slow strain rate stress corrosion testing machine is used in the corrosive medium environment for measuring the corrosion tensile test. The host machine structure is adopted frame type; the loading unit can upside down and fixes in order to meet the different medium environment’s testing requirement.
  • The medium environment can be connected has: high temperature and high pressure pure water (temperature 0~650, pressure 0~35MPa), the salt water environment with trace alkalinity or acidity, also can be used in high concentration medium corrosion environment such as: NaOH, Na2CrO4, N2O4, HNO3, NH3OH, H2S, CO, CH4, Cl solution, methanol, organophosphate hydraulic oil, CH3COOH etc. Some medium’s concentration reach a level ppm, then need to consider the working life of the experiment caldron.
