Product Description

cast iron worm gear box

Working principle of Tianji brand gear box:

Gear box are used to transfer rotation and torque from motor to working machine. Most gear boxes are used to decrease speed by gears in the gear box .

Worm gear box is much widely used in mordern machinery systems, since its ratio can be up to 1:100 easily ,which is much bigger than all gears box , and its demision is much smaller than all gears when ratio is same.

Design characteristics:

1:Use low-carbon cast iron cementation processing completely.

2:The gear and the gear shft precision is high.

3:The volume small, but the torque is big.

Maintence:

After 300-hour operation, please change the oil, and flush the gear uint with suitable detergents.
Pls do not mix the mineral oil and synthetic oil.
pls check the oil level in regular time.

Storage:
1:Pls do not store in outdoor.
2:pls put cardboard, wood or other material between the products and floor. the gear box cannot directly touch the floor.
