Product Description
BJCG-I comprises eletric cabinets, mixing barrel, mixing paddles, rack, tipping structure and dynamical system.
It is completely made of stainless steel 304. Steam heating, temperature and cooking time can be setted before working.
Special design of mixing paddles adopt mechanical stepless speed, they can stick to the bottom of the bowl in large area during mixing to avoid the food adhesion.It adopts manual or electric tipping discharge.
