92% Super Wear Resistant Alumina Ball
92% Super Wear Resistant Alumina Ball can grind the zirconium and zirconium silicate materials. Our ceramic grinding bead have proven to be very effective as our bead are inert(no chemical attack), have a low wear rate, uniform microstructure and consistent performace during the fine grinding process.
92% Super Wear Resistant Alumina Ball are particularly suited for Tower Mills, Ball Mills and IsaMills. The bead are availabe in a range of size, from 1.5mm to 60mm, thereby offering operators flexibility in terms of feed sizes to their mills. We can offer different material grades to suit your application.
Use appliance:Various kind of grinders, for grinding of the powder body with high viscosity sizing agent, hard powder body and the solid content in the range of 40-80%.
Application: It is mainly used for grinding and distribution of bauxite, zircon sand, silicon powder, solenoid materials, etc.
The smallest size is 0.5~1.0mm. The biggest size is 50mm.
