Applications:

• Take a measurement one hour later after a meal.
• One hour before measurement, please don't smoke, drink alcohol, tea or coffee
• If Over fatigue or emotional instability, please don’t measure.
• 10-20minutes before measurement, keep quite state.
• As far as possible, every day in the same time and conditions, with same posture, 5 minutes interval between measurements.
• If stored in low temperature environment, before using, first should put it in normal temperature environment place for at least one hour.
• Do not use it in mobile vehicles (cars, planes), otherwise can't correctly measure.
