Product Description:


1, Indoor skim coat is a kind of brand-new paint rendering material. It is added with flexible polymer and hydrophobic additives.

2, It is used to level the interior wall surface before painting. Water, acid(mild), alkali(mild), and vermin resistance.

3, Ensure longer lasting performance in a variety of application.
 


Application:


1, The substrate should be firm, clean and free from grease, wax, oil and any loose or other material which may inhibit adhesion of the skim coat.
2, Add water at 37%~40% into a clean container, then add powder material, mix them with an electrical mixer, until equal, lump-free mixture is achieved. Allow it to stand for 5~10 min, then re-stir, at this moment, you can use it.
3, Use a correct trowel to apply the adhesive skim coat onto the substrate; Twice or three times is the optimal; The second application is followed until the first is dry completely almost (6~8 hours or more).
4, 24 hours after the last application, sanding with fine sand paper shall be conducted; When sanding, level the trowel trace slightly.
5, 5~7 days later, apply finish paint; If earlier application, needed, alkali-resistant primer shall be used.
6, Do not add water into the cured skim coat and reuse it.

PB-10 indoor skim coat complies with standard of n-type of jg/t 3049---1998.

 


Store Method:

 

Store in cool and dry place, unopened product can be saved for one year.
