Surface Treatment:
1, The substrate surface should be firm, dry and clean, no grease, no wax, and other loose materials.
2, New plaster surface should maintenance about twelve days before inserting the lacquer putty, do not use cement paste for calendaring.
3, If the wall is too dry, wet the wall before operation till there is no obvious water on the surface.
Operation Process:
1, The ratio: PB-07: water=20kg :about 5.0~6.0 L.
2, Pouring the water into the stirring barrel, adding the powder slowly, stirring them into particle paste with no powder no deposition.
3, Using inserting tools to batch, after 4~6h of the first insert can make the second time.
4, Polishing the skim coat layer, control the thickness between 1.0~1.5mm.
5, After finishing the skim coat layer 7 days can coat other paintings.
6, Nursing the skim coat layer by water after it dries 24~48h, keep this for 2~3 days.
Tips:
a, Mixing the PB-07 with water into paste, electric mixer can get better effect. put it aside for a few minutes and then a little stirring to strengthen the hardness.
b, Using appropriate scraper to scrap the skim coat on the surface.
