Ball Float Steam Traps utilize a ball and float mechanism to provide modulated condensate discharge. A float rises as the condensate enters the trap body. The float is attached to a seat mechanism that opens proportional to the condensate level. A Bi-Metal thermostatic bypass valve is incorporated in the trap mechanism to insure that all non- condensable gas are removed from the system.

Lever float steam traps are unaffected by pressure and discharge condensate continuously.

Float Steam Trap / Ball Float Steam Trap

GH3, GH4A, GH5:

1: With double ported balance valve system, the trap is small in physical size large in discharge capacity, can show superiority in the low pressure condition.
2: Built in Bi-metal aotomatic air vent to prevent air locking, and rapid start-up is provided.

3: All internal parts are easily accessible without having to remove the trap from the line.

Applications:
Steam traps are suitable for large steam heating equipment of low pressure that used in industries of petroleum, chemistry, metallurgy, electric power, food, pharmacy, etc.

Note:
Protection rod of the float must be removed after installation.
