1. Components of the the door panel line is 5T hydraulic decoiler ,guiding&leveling units,2 sets of holes punching units,main roll forming machine ,hydraulic cutting unit,PLC cabinet,hydraulic station,2M outables(2)
2 Main machine power is 7.5kw Yaskawa servo motor made in Japan and roller station: 17stations plus vertical rollers .2 feeding rolls and 5 leveling rolls ,rolls diameter 80mm.the machine speed can reach 30m/min .Rolled material is cold rolled steel or galvanized steel G350Mpa .thickness is 0.6mm to 1.2mm.rollers material is Gcr 15,quenched HRC58-62 shafts material is 45# steel,fine processment,diameter 70mm
3 We adopt Simens PLC control,made in Germany,Panasonic,Mitsubishi as options.Yaskawa drive made in Japan,Omron encoder made in Japan .Voltage requirements: 380V 50HZ 3Phase or according to the customer's request.
4: We use hydraulic cutting ,cutting length tolerance is within +/-1.5mm.hydraulic station power 5.5KW with ram type pump ,hydraulic pressure 16Mpa
5: Holes punching unit is available to supply and the holes size will be designed according to the customer’s requirement
6. The whole machine demension:10500mmx1500mmx1000mm and yellow safety cover is supplied as well emergency stop is installed at the cutter and feeding point
